The SmartCode touchpad electronic deadbolt is a one-touch locking motorized deadbolt that offers keyless entry and enhanced visibility. With your personalized code, you can easily access your home, and the one-touch locking button illuminates to provide increased visibility. This SmartCode deadbolt is easy to install, program, and use, and it operates on 4 AA batteries. Additionally, it features the SmartKey Security as a backup keyway.
This single-cylinder deadbolt can be locked or unlocked using the keypad or a key from the outside, as well as the turn button from the inside. The Venetian Bronze finish is hand-rubbed to reveal unique bronze highlights, adding a rich and warm complement to the product's style.
The secure keyless entry feature of this deadbolt is powered by a fast and quiet motorized mechanism that provides one-touch locking. The Microban-protected keypad offers powerful product protection, making it 99.9% cleaner than an unprotected surface.
The deadbolt is easy to program, allowing up to 50 customizable user codes and 10 one-time user codes with 4 to 8 digit codes. It is designed to fit standard doors between 1-3/8 inch and 1-3/4 inch thick, making installation a breeze.
The keypad features cool white LEDs that provide bright illumination, making it easy to access the code even in low-light conditions. Kwikset's SmartKey security protects against advanced break-in techniques and allows you to re-key your lock yourself in seconds.
