The smart door locks can generate and share Time-Limited, One-Time, Dynamic, Custom, and Anti-Peeping Codes, making them suitable for families, Airbnb, motels, hotels, apartments, and different visitors or friends. The system locks up for 2 minutes after 5 consecutive failed attempts to use password/fingerprint/IC card authentication.
Powered by 4 AA batteries (not included), the WiFi door lock can last up to 6 months. The Smart Life APP will remind users to replace the batteries when low, and the battery status can be checked in the APP. Emergency use of the backup power supply TYPE-C is also possible.
The smart lock installation process takes just 15 minutes, and no additional hole drilling is required. The stainless steel adjustable latch with a backset measures either 2-3/8" or 2-3/4" (60mm or 70mm), ensuring compatibility with US Standard doors ranging in thickness from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (35mm to 45mm).
hornbill smart locks for entry doors offer a 12-month replacement and a lifetime of troubleshooting. After receiving the front door lock sets, a follow-up email with instructions will be sent to ensure their proper functioning. Users can contact the company at any time for assistance with app or installation issues.
